Anxiety is a useful emotion, born out of fear of danger for self or others. Anxiety is useful to keep you safe. Yet, it can become overwhelming and sometimes the fear never lets up. Anxiety can be debilitating, leading to panic attacks or aggressive behaviour and anxiety sometimes becomes destructive anger. Which is it: Anxiety or Anger? or Both?
The Fight or Flight (freeze/faint) Response is instinctual and behavioural yet can be transformed!
